Preliminary design proposals for the conversion of an ex industrial building into an 18 bedroom boutique hotel in an upgrading part of Athens.
The long and narrow “L” shape footprint on the one side of the building created an extra difficulty in the division of the general floor plan into four rooms.
Aesthetic choices were made with an attempt to be give a sense of comfort and coziness as well as to create a memorable and unique experience.
